I liked the granite kitchen counter and steel sink; it’s practical for everyday use. The car parking is adequate for my needs. The location is convenient, being close to Panaji City Center. However, I've noticed that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit of a nuisance, especially on windy days. It does affect the overall cleanliness of the balconies and windows.
