I recently visited Anand Siddhigiri, a project by Anand Homes located on Kondhwa Road. As a single working woman, I need a place that's secure and has essential amenities nearby. The proximity to Satyanand Hospital (0.1 km) and NIBM - CISCE School (0.4 km) is very reassuring. I am looking at the 2 BHK configuration, which has a built-up area starting from 635 Sq.ft. The price range is between 65.0 Lakh to 90.0 Lakh. The project offea gymnasium and a children's play area. However, the parking situation seems a bit tight, especially the closed car parking, which might be an issue for visitoThe construction is expected to be completed by December 2026.

The location in Kondhwa is developing well, and the project offegood amenities like a recreation facility and a waiting lounge. The built-up area for the 3 BHK flats ranges from 810 Sq.ft to 1038 Sq.ft, which provides ample space. The overall price range is between 65.0 Lakh to 90.0 Lakh. Landscaping and tree planting are part of the plan, which is nice. The construction is still underway, with completion slated for December 2026. My only worry is the noise from the construction, as it’s quite loud during the day. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems are positives though.

The main drawback is the traffic on Kondhwa Road, which can be quite heavy during peak houHowever, the solid waste management and STP systems are good indicatoof responsible development.

Satyanand Hospital is also right next door at nearby, which is a huge plus for family safety. I am considering the 2 BHK flat which starts from 635 Sq.ft. The price range is between 65.0 Lakh to 90.0 Lakh, which seems reasonable for the area and the amenities offered like a gymnasium and children's play area. Construction is ongoing and expected to finish by December 2026. My main concern is the dust from the ongoing construction work, but that's common for under-construction projects.

The price point of 65.0 Lakh to 90.0 Lakh fits our retirement budget. The only downside is that the Pune Railway Station Metro is nearby, so public transport connectivity could be better. Otherwise, it seems like a peaceful place to settle.
