Being ready to move in May 2020 was a key factor. The project is situated in Hari Om Nagar, Kolhapur, providing decent connectivity. Amenities like storm water drains and water conservation are well-implemented. The availability of both open and closed parking options is appreciated. I also noticed the fire fighting system and sewage treatment plant, indicating attention to safety and infrastructure. The proximity to Nandadeep Eye Hospital, Kolhapur at nearby is also a benefit for residents. My only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but that should settle down eventually.

The landscaping looks neat. The proximity to Saneguruji Vasahat Bus Station at nearby makes commuting easier. It's a good starting point for me. The internal roads and footpaths are well laid out. I did find the parking to be a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle, so that's something to keep in mind.

We did notice that the Rajopadhey Nagar Road leading to the project can get a little busy, but it's manageable for daily commutes.
