ONE Group has put in decent amenities like the jogging track and indoor games which I use often. Having utility shops within the complex is very convenient for daily needs. The location on Alwar Bypass Road is okay, though sometimes traffic can be a bit much when heading out. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is a big plus. It felt like a good value purchase for me.
