The built up area of 1407 square feet offeplenty of room for my library and work desk. Orissa Homes Pvt Ltd has done a decent job with the overall layout. The 24x7 security is quite professional and the gate is always monitored. I find the location convenient enough for reaching central parts of the city without too much trouble. It is not the most luxurious project but it ticks all the right boxes for a functional living space. The landscaping is well kept and provides a nice green view from my balcony in the mornings.
