The price was within our budget, around 50 Lakh. The developer, Macmilan Industries Limited, has included good amenities like a solar-powered common area and rain water harvesting, which is environmentally conscious. It's ready to move in, so they can shift soon. The only slight drawback is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome sometimes, but that's common in developing areas.
