It's located in Thudiyalur, Coimbatore, which is a developing area and close to NH181 for connectivity. The price for the 3 BHK was 33.6 Lakh, which felt a little steep but manageable for us. The project is ready to move, which was a major advantage. The amenities like the children's play area and 24x7 security are good. However, the traffic on Mettupalayam Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making the nearby distance to the TeacheColony Bus Stop feel longer than it is sometimes.
