I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Anaahata from Nila Spaces LTD D a couple of yeaago. The location in Navrangpura is quite central and convenient for daily life. It’s close to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals, which is reassuring to have nearby. The project has all the basic facilities like a lift, power backup, and 24x7 security, which are important for peace of mind. The jogging track is a good addition for fitness. While the project was completed in 2017, it has held up reasonably well. The main concern for me has been the inconsistent water pressure on higher flooduring the summer months.
