The price starting at 70 Lakh was manageable. I love the idea of a completely green verge project, it feels peaceful. The 3 side open design of the flat makes it feel airy and bright. The location in Action Area IIB, Newtown is good, and it's quite close to Delhi Public School. The only minor issue is the parking; while valet is offered, sometimes finding a spot quickly can be a challenge during busy periods.
