Amulya Constructions & Infrastructure Developedelivered this project. The range of amenities, including indoor games and a gymnasium, adds to the property value. The location offedecent connectivity. My only minor concern is that the OC received status is not available, which could be a point for due diligence. The price point is competitive for the built-up area.

The complex has a yoga/meditation area and a terrace garden, which my parents will enjoy. The hospital is very close by, which is a major relief for me. They also have video door security.
