It was completed in December 2023. The location in Damodar Nagar is reasonably quiet, which is good for kids. We appreciated the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. Having 24/7 water supply is essential for a family. The only slight worry is that the immediate vicinity seemed a bit dusty during our visit, likely due to ongoing development nearby, but we are hoping that improves over time. The electrical meter room is well-maintained.

I looked at a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 647 square feet. The project by Yogesh Janardan Nagmoti is located in Nalegaon, Damodar Nagar. While the building itself is nice, the traffic on the Pathardi Phata road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for my commute. On the positive side, the 24/7 water supply is a significant advantage for any household. The landscaping and tree planting offer a pleasant environment.
