We were looking for our fit home and Amrutha Sai Residency caught our eye. We got a 2 BHK which is 1055 sq.ft. It fits our budget, costing around 33 Lakhs. The location in Nizampet is decent, not too far from Miyapur Metro Station at nearby. We liked the fact that it's ready to move in. We are both working in IT and the commute might be a bit long, but the price was attractive. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was important for my parents. We are still a bit concerned about the traffic noise from the main road, but overall we are happy with the purchase.
