    We chose Amrut Sai Kalpavriskha because of its excellent proximity to Giants Vidhyamandir School, practically next door. My children can walk to school, which gives me immense peace of mind. The 2 BHK configuration offea built-up area of 780 square feet, which is comfortable for our family. It was important for us that the project was ready to move, and it is. The developer, Amrut Develope, also offesecurity guards, which adds to the safety factor. The area itself is developing nicely. One minor concern is that sometimes during monsoon, the roads leading to the main highway can get a bit muddy.
