I chose Amrita Abasan in Uttarpara because it was ready to move and the price for a 2 BHK, starting at 21 Lakh, was very attractive for a fit-time buyer like me. The 600 sq.ft size feels just right for a start. I liked that VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is a short distance, which is great for the future. The lift and 24x7 security are also reassuring. However, the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But considering the budget and location advantages, it's a good deal overall.
