This is my very fit flat purchase. I chose Amrita Abasan in Uttarpara because it was ready to move and the price for a 2 BHK, starting at 21 Lakh, was very attractive for a fit-time buyer like me. The 600 sq.ft size feels just right for a start. I liked that VISION INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is a short distance, which is great for the future. The lift and 24x7 security are also reassuring. However, the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But considering the budget and location advantages, it's a good deal overall.

The only downside is that the traffic on Grand Trunk road can be quite heavy, making the commute longer than expected sometimes. But the apartment itself is comfortable and the amenities are decent.

I bought a 3 BHK flat here for my parents who live in Uttarpara. They wanted something comfortable and ready to move in. The super builtup area for the 3 BHK is 1000 sq.ft, which is quite spacious for them. They are happy with the Vastu compliant design. The location is good, close to Badam Tala Bus Stop which is convenient for their local travel. AAR Group seems reliable as they finished the project by November 2017.
