We were searching for a family home in Haridwar, and Amrit Aarogyam seemed to tick most of our boxes. The proximity to schools like Acharyakulam Haridwar (5 KM) and Montfort School (7 KM) was a major deciding factor. We looked at a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of about 1600 Sq.ft, priced around 90 Lakh. The project offea dedicated children's play area and a swimming pool, which our kids are very excited about. The location in Badheri Rajputan is peaceful. The developer, Eminent InfradevelopePvt. Ltd., has included a restaurant and a party hall, which are nice additions for hosting guests. The construction is ongoing, with completion planned for May 2023. The only downside we've noticed is that the area can get quite crowded with visitoto Patanjali Yogpeeth, impacting local traffic.

The amenities are good, especially the children's play area and the swimming pool. Eminent InfradevelopePvt. Ltd. Seems to have a decent track record. However, the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome at times. The connection to NH-58 is good for travel.
