It is ready to move, so they could shift in immediately after I finalized the deal. The project has a gymnasium and a swimming pool which they will enjoy using. The location in Hosiery Complex, Phase 2 is convenient for them, being close to areas they are familiar with. The Amrapali Group is a known developer in Noida, which gave me some comfort.

The property is ready to move which means I could shift in right away. I visited the site a couple of times, and the construction quality looks decent. My only small concern is that the roads around the project can get quite dusty sometimes, especially during construction.
