The location in E Block, Sector 50 is quite convenient, with schools like Kothari International nearby, around 1.3 kilometeaway. We also appreciate the Vastu compliant design of the apartments. The price for the 4 BHK was about 3.16 Crore. While the project has many good amenities like a gymnasium and swimming pool, the lack of readily available information on completion and occupancy certificates from Amrapali Group is a bit unsettling. We hope this gets resolved soon.
