We purchased a 3 BHK flat here, which has a built-up area ranging from 1640 to 2160 square feet. The overall budget was around 1.38 Cr to 2.96 Cr. Being a chartered accountant, I've analyzed the pricing structure and felt it was reasonable for the amenities provided. The location in Sector 50, Noida, is quite convenient, with the Sector 50 Metro Station just about half a kilometer away. This makes commuting very easy. The project also has a good concrete to green ratio, which is impressive. I am looking forward to settling in soon.
