The larger flats go up to 1700 Sq.ft built-up area, which is quite spacious. The price range of 29.65 Lakh to 56.95 Lakh is competitive. The project offeexcellent amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and tennis court. While the location in Techzone 4 is developing, I feel the surrounding construction dust can be an issue sometimes. Still, the overall infrastructure and amenities are impressive.
