We looked at a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 631 sq.ft, which is quite spacious for our family of three. The kids are excited about the skating rink and the cricket pitch. Having a gymnasium is great for my husband. The Vastu compliant aspect was also important to us. The Amrapali Group has offered good amenities here. The main concern is the dust from nearby construction, but that should settle.
