  Finally bought my fit flat at Amodh Yashlaxmi Complex. I was looking for something compact and the 1 RK with 303 square feet carpet area seemed just right for me. It's a ready to move in property, which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The developer, Amodh Associates, seems to have completed the project on time back in March 2019. I liked the landscaping they have done around the complex, makes it feel a bit greener. The location in Kedagaon, Bhekrai Nagar is developing, so I hope it's a good start for my property journey. I haven't faced any major issues yet, just hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.

  We were renting for yeaand finally decided to upgrade to our own place. Amodh Yashlaxmi Complex offered a good 2 BHK configuration, with carpet areas ranging from 585 to 646 square feet. This gives us enough space for our family. The project is ready to move, which was essential for us. We visited the site, and the construction quality looked decent for the price point. Amodh Associates built this complex. The only slight drawback is the road leading to the main area; it can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather. However, the overall space and the fact that it's ready are significant advantages for us.

It's a ready-to-move property, which saved me the hassle of waiting for construction. Amodh Associates built this complex. I appreciate the basic amenities provided, including closed car parking. The location in Kedagaon, Bhekrai Nagar is developing, and while it's relatively quiet, I did notice some traffic noise during peak houon the main road nearby. However, for my needs, the convenience of a ready home outweighs this minor concern. The flat size is adequate for one peon.

The developer, Amodh Associates, completed this residential project, which includes 1 RK, 1 BHK, and 2 BHK configurations. It was ready by March 2019. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are a nice touch, adding some greenery. While I haven't peonally lived there, the area seems to be growing, which is positive for potential rental income. The proximity to schools isn't great, with Subhash Baburao Kul school being nearby, but for investment purposes, it seems reasonable.

The main issue we are currently facing is the parking situation; while closed car parking is available, it can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle or two caOtherwise, the layout of the 2 BHK is practical, and the location is reasonably accessible for daily commutes, though the road to the project itself is not the widest.
