Finally bought my fit flat at Amodh Yashlaxmi Complex. I was looking for something compact and the 1 RK with 303 square feet carpet area seemed just right for me. It's a ready to move in property, which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The developer, Amodh Associates, seems to have completed the project on time back in March 2019. I liked the landscaping they have done around the complex, makes it feel a bit greener. The location in Kedagaon, Bhekrai Nagar is developing, so I hope it's a good start for my property journey. I haven't faced any major issues yet, just hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
