The price is very reasonable, starting around 3.5 Lakh. Being close to Shanthi Medical Foundation Hospital - SMF, just a minute away, is convenient for my work. The 24x7 security and power backup are crucial for me as I live alone. The location in Dhasarapalayam, Annur, is developing, and while connectivity to the main road is decent, the internal roads could be better maintained. But for the price and amenities, it's a good deal.

We haven't visited the site ouelves but have seen pictures and spoken to the sales team. They seem responsive. We are hoping for a peaceful place for them.

My only concern is that since it's a developing area, the roads within the project might be a bit dusty, especially during construction phases. But overall, it seems like a sound investment for the future.
