The key selling point for us was the extremely short distance to Bhausaheb Firodiya High School, a short distance. It’s also close to the hospital, which is reassuring. The prices are within the 16.1 Lakh to 24.25 Lakh range, which we can manage. The project is ready to move, which is a huge relief. What concerns me slightly is the sewage treatment plant amenity – I hope it is well-maintained and doesn't cause any issues. The developer, Amit Ashok Mutha, appeato have completed this project in April 2022, so it’s not brand new construction but still feels fresh.
