We chose Amit Blue Bell because of its excellent location for our children. ACTS Secondary School being nearby was the deciding factor. We bought a 2 BHK, which is about 1100 sq.ft., and it has enough space. The project is ready to move, so we shifted in right after finalizing. The swimming pool and children's play area are big hits with the kids. The car parking is adequate for our needs. While the price range of 20.44 L to 29.4 L is within our budget, the roads around Hosa Road can be a bit congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus.
