We finalized on a 1450 Sq.ft villa at Amin Dar Al Eiman. The location in Tandalja is quite convenient, being right opposite the bus stand. This makes commuting easier for family membewho rely on public transport. Amin Infrastructure seems to have a decent track record from what I gathered. The villas are ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait long. The 4 BHK configuration offeample space for a joint family. We looked at the floor plans and the layout seems practical. One small thing is the proximity to the Darul Uloom might mean some noise during prayer times, but it's usually manageable.

Moving from our rental flat was a big step, and Amin Dar Al Eiman felt like the right choice. We chose a 1041 Sq.ft villa. It's so much better than renting! Having our own space, especially a villa, is wonderful. The children's play area is a nice touch, and the kids love it. We liked that it's ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after the purchase. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex look good. The only minor concern is the internal roads could be a bit wider, but for the price point, it's acceptable. Being near St. Kabir School is also very convenient for our children's education.

The entrance lobby is quite welcoming, and the overall construction quality seems good. The street lighting throughout the project is well done. It's great that it's just a short drive to the Central Bus Stand Vadodara. Amin Infrastructure has provided decent amenities for a comfortable living. However, the open car parking spaces might feel a bit insufficient if you have multiple vehicles, and finding shade for the cacan be an issue during summer. We are still figuring out the best way to manage.
