I found a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of around 1761 square feet, which should be spacious enough for them. The project is ready to move in, which simplifies things as they can shift soon. AMIGO SHELTEPVT. LTD. D. Seems to have decent amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which they can use. My main concern was connectivity to hospitals and schools, but REGAL Hospital is nearby, and Karnataka Public School is very close by, practically walking distance. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
