I looked at the 1900 sq.ft option. The price point of 1.14 Crore is at the higher end of my budget but the proximity to the hospital is unbeatable. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is essential for my busy schedule. The internal roads are good and the landscaping looks promising. The project is fully compounded, which adds to the security. I am hoping the commute to the hospital is as easy as it seems on paper.

We chose Amethyst Haven primarily for our children's education and safety. Urban Tree Infrastructures' project in Thiruverkadu is close to Velammal Vidyalaya, which is incredibly convenient. We bought a 1900 sq.ft plot for 1.14 Crore. The project is ready to move, and the completion was February 2024. The 24x7 security and fully-compounded gated community are major factofor us. They have good internal roads and footpaths, plus landscaping. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are also very important for a family. My only slight reservation is that the OC was not available, which is a bit concerning for future construction plans.
