The 4 BHK flats are very large, around 4000 square feet, giving us plenty of room. It's ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly after the April 2023 completion. The price is quite high, over 9 Crore, but the location is good, and AR Group is a known developer. We are still getting used to the maintenance costs associated with such a large property. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the surroundings.
