Highfield Properties Pvt Ltd has a decent track record and the project looks solid on paper with that earthquake resistant RCC structure. The 3 BHK apartments are spacious enough for the local rental market. I checked the size options and the 2105.16 Sq.ft unit seems like the best bet for long term growth. The budget is around 1.27 Crore which is a fair entry point for this part of Bhubaneswar. Possession is expected by June 2028 so I have plenty of time to see how the area shapes up. Hoping the construction speed remains consistent over the next few yeaas it will dictate the return on my investment.

Highfield Properties Pvt Ltd made the whole process easy to undetand for a fit time buyer like me. The location near DAV Public School is convenient and the surrounding green area is just wonderful. I am definitely looking forward to the swimming pool and the gym once the project is finished in 2028. There are a few ongoing construction delays in the area that can be a bit annoying, but the project site itself is well maintained. It is a dream home and I am excited to move in eventually.

I do wish the project was slightly closer to the main commercial markets of the city, as I have to drive a bit further for errands. The price of 1.27 Crore felt justified given the modern amenities like the tennis court and rooftop club. We are a bit worried about the construction noise until 2028, but that is expected with such a large development. We are very happy with our decision.
