The location in Chilarai Nagar is excellent, offering easy access to both Hindustani Kendriya Vidyalaya and Apollo Hospitals, which are very important for my parents' well-being. The fact that the project is ready to move means they can shift in immediately without any waiting period. Ambika Housing is a developer known for reliability. The apartment seems comfortable and well-suited for senior citizens. My main concern from afar is ensuring the community here is friendly and supportive, which is hard to gauge without being there. However, based on the location and the developer's reputation, I feel confident this is a good choice for them.

  We chose Ambika Devendra because of its proximity to Hindustani Kendriya Vidyalaya, which is just around the corner, making school runs incredibly easy for our children. Being so close to Apollo Hospitals also offea sense of security. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in right after booking. The location in Chilarai Nagar provides good access to essential services. My main concern is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. It can be a bit distracting. However, the apartment layout is spacious enough for our family, and we are trying to get used to the ambient sounds. We hope the developer addresses the soundproofing in future projects.

Being in Chilarai Nagar, I am just a few minutes away from the Television Station of Doordahan bus stop which makes my commute very easy. The fact that Apollo Hospitals is also right next door gives me peace of mind. The building is ready to move, which was a huge plus for me as I didn't want to wait. The layout of my 1 BHK is quite practical for a single peon. Parking can be a little challenging during peak houwhen people are coming and going, but it's manageable. Overall, the location is the main selling point here, very convenient for daily life.
