I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, around 3284 square feet, which is more than enough space for me and allows for guests. The location is fantastic, with the metro station nearby and essential services like hospitals nearby. The price was around 5.5 crore, which is a significant investment, but the amenities like the gymnasium and the swimming pool are great for unwinding after work. The only minor drawback is the car parking; while available, it can feel a bit congested during peak times if you have a larger vehicle.
