The proximity to Moulsari Avenue Metro Station, just under a kilometer away, is fantastic for my daily commute. The project by Ambience Group has a lot of amenities like a gym and cycling track which I use regularly. The 3-tier security system is reassuring. My only reservation is the price; it's definitely a premium property, costing upwards of 14 crore, which was a stretch for my budget but the location and security were paramount.
