The project offeamenities like a swimming pool and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which are good for attracting tenants. While the project itself is ready to move, the overall infrastructure development in the immediate vicinity is still ongoing, which is something potential buyeshould consider. The developer, Ambesten Infratech, seems to have a decent track record.

  As a business owner, I look for value and convenience. Ambesten Twin Clarus offered a good mix. I purchased a 2 BHK with a super built-up area of 1030 square feet. The pricing, starting from 29.87 Lakh, was attractive for Noida Extension. The project is a gated community with amenities like a children's play area and solar lighting, which are practical. The proximity to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension, about 5.1 kilometeaway, is a significant advantage for my family. The luxury finishes mentioned in the brochure are quite noticeable. I did find the parking a bit tight during my visits, which might be a concern for families with multiple vehicles.

  My husband and I were looking to upgrade from our rented place and Ambesten Twin Clarus seemed like a good option. We liked the 3 BHK apartment which has a large super built-up area of 1584 square feet. This gives us much needed extra space. The price for this configuration is around 58 Lakh. We are impressed with the luxury finishes and the overall ambiance. The children's play area is a big plus for our kids. It’s a gated community with good security. The only drawback we've noticed is that the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit uneven. We are looking forward to moving in soon.

The Vastu compliant design of the 2 BHK apartment I'm in (814 sq.ft) is something I specifically looked for. The common area light backup is a good feature, ensuring lights stay on even during power outages. It’s a ready to move property, so I didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable, around 35 Lakh. The temple within the premises is a great addition. My only small gripe is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable.

The Sky Villa with roof rights is an interesting concept, though I opted for a standard apartment. The community also offesolar lighting and temple which are nice additions. The price point is quite competitive for the amenities provided. I have not faced any major issues so far.

It is a ready to move in property, which was important as I couldn't be there for the entire construction process. My parents appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the high-speed elevatoThe community feels secure with the gated access and CCTV. The temple within the complex is also a nice touch for them. The price for their unit was around 58 Lakh. The only minor concern I have heard is about the street lighting in some internal lanes, but overall they are content.
