The project offeamenities like a swimming pool and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which are good for attracting tenants. While the project itself is ready to move, the overall infrastructure development in the immediate vicinity is still ongoing, which is something potential buyeshould consider. The developer, Ambesten Infratech, seems to have a decent track record.

The pricing, starting from 29.87 Lakh, was attractive for Noida Extension. The project is a gated community with amenities like a children's play area and solar lighting, which are practical. The proximity to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension, about 5.1 kilometeaway, is a significant advantage for my family. The luxury finishes mentioned in the brochure are quite noticeable. I did find the parking a bit tight during my visits, which might be a concern for families with multiple vehicles.

We liked the 3 BHK apartment which has a large super built-up area of 1584 square feet. This gives us much needed extra space. The price for this configuration is around 58 Lakh. We are impressed with the luxury finishes and the overall ambiance. The children's play area is a big plus for our kids. It’s a gated community with good security. The only drawback we've noticed is that the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit uneven. We are looking forward to moving in soon.

The temple within the premises is a great addition. My only small gripe is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable.

The price for their unit was around 58 Lakh. The only minor concern I have heard is about the street lighting in some internal lanes, but overall they are content.
