The gated community and 24x7 security are very reassuring. I appreciate the modern digital wood-look tiles in the apartment. Having a swimming pool and a terrace garden are definite perks for unwinding after work. The location in Noida Extension is developing well, and it's reasonably close to the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. The price of 41.12 Lakh for a 2 BHK was attractive. My main concern is the lack of readily available information regarding OC received and completion date, which makes it a bit uncertain for a single owner.
