The project by Amber Mercantiles was completed in 2014, which means it's a well-established property. It's located in Ramsinghpura, Kanauta, and the proximity to hospitals like Vinayak Zanana and Doorbeen Hospital (6 mins) is a big plus for us. The price was within the 17.43 L to 25.74 L range. While the construction quality seems decent, I did notice some dust from nearby ongoing construction work, which is a bit of a nuisance sometimes. Otherwise, it's a quiet locality.

The location in Kanauta is okay, but the access road for the last 200 meteis quite narrow and can be challenging for larger vehicles. We bought a 3 BHK flat, the carpet area is quite large, ranging from 796 sq.ft to 836 sq.ft. This gives the kids enough room to play inside. The project was completed in 2014 by Amber Mercantiles. The price point was within our budget, around 20-25 Lakhs for the 3 BHK. The only minor drawback is that the internal roads within the society could be a bit wider, especially when multiple caare coming in or going out. But generally, it’s a good family neighbourhood.
