    I bought a 4 BHK in Amber Grape City Phase I. The 1287 square feet carpet area is perfect for my extended family. Ms Amber Estate delivered a ready-to-move property by December 2018. It's located in Veer Sawarkar Nagar, Anandvalli, which is a growing area in Nashik. The price point, between 59.91 Lakh and 81.08 Lakh, seemed justified for the space. One thing I've found is that the balcony sizes are a bit smaller than I had hoped for, but it's not a dealbreaker. The closed car parking is a definite plus.
