We were looking for a ready-to-move-in villa in Lucknow for our growing family. Amba Green offered 3 BHK villas around 1400 square feet, which was a good size for us. The gymnasium is a big plus as I like to stay fit. We also appreciated the Vastu compliant design. The area is developing, and it's close to Vishwanath Academy, which is convenient for our kids. The price was reasonable for the area. Sometimes the construction dust can be a bit much when you are driving by, but that's typical for developing areas. I bought this villa for my parents who live in Lucknow. They wanted something spacious and in a good locality. Amba Green on Kanpur Road seemed like a good option. The 2000 square feet 5.5 BHK villa gives them plenty of room. It's a gated community with 24x7 security which gives me peace of mind. They also have 24X7 water supply which is essential. The landscaping and tree planting is a nice touch, makes the place feel fresh. My only concern is the traffic on Kanpur Road during peak houIt can get quite busy. But overall, I think it's a comfortable place for them.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Amba Green seemed like a good choice. I chose a 1400 square feet 3 BHK villa. The Vastu compliant design was important to me. Having a gymnasium within the complex is very convenient. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance make me feel safe, and the 24X7 water supply is also a big relief. It's located in Bijnor, near Kanpur Road, which is a developing part of Lucknow. The landscaping is well done. The only slight issue is that the parking space for visitois limited. But for my own car, it's fine. A very pleasant place to live.
