I am buying a residential plot in Amaze City Front for my parents who live in Hyderabad. They wanted something in South Hyderabad, and Mansanpally seemed like a good option. The plot size is 300 Sq.yd., and the price was around 30 Lakhs. Amaze Constructions is developing the project, which is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2023. I chose this project because of the planned landscaping and tree planting, which will make it a pleasant environment for my parents. The storm water drains are also a crucial infrastructure point. I haven't visited the site myself recently, but my parents are happy with the progress.

We were looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement and found Amaze City Front in Mansanpally. The gated community aspect and the promise of landscaping and tree planting appealed to us. We bought a 220 Sq.yd. Plot for around 22 Lakhs. While the location is developing, the road access to the main Maheshwaram area could be a bit better; it's a narrow lane for a short stretch. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected by December 2023. The contemporary entrance arch sounds nice, and we hope the overall infrastructure lives up to the 'state-of-the-art' description.
