We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Chennai and Amarprakash Palm Riviera Phase 4 caught our eye. The 650 Sq.ft 3 BHK carpet area is a good size for us. It's close to the Airport Metro Station, which is nearby, making commutes easier. The landscaping and tree planting looks very nice when you enter the complex. We also liked the children's play area for future needs. The only minor issue is the traffic on Kundrathur Road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Other than that, it feels like a peaceful place to live.
