Finding a large enough villa for the whole family was a challenge, but Amara Ananta delivered. We got a 4 BHK which is 5664 square feet, plenty of room. The kids love the swimming pool and the lush greenery around the property. It’s also reassuring that Nellai Nadar Matriculation Higher Secondary School is only nearby, making school runs easy. The price of 7.93 Crore was at the higher end, but the space and amenities justify it for us. Having power backup is essential, and they provide that. The video door security adds an extra layer of safety for the children. Overall, a good family home.

We bought a villa in Amara Ananta in Palavakkam. The property is quite spacious, the 4 BHK villa we looked at was 5258 square feet built up. It felt luxurious and had balconies for each room, which is a nice touch. The location near SH 49 is convenient for commuting. Amara Homes seems to have a good reputation. Price was around 7.36 Crore, which was within our budget for a ready-to-move property of this size. The Vastu compliance was also a factor for us. So far, everything looks good. The paved compound and rainwater harvesting are good eco-friendly features.

As a business owner, time is money, so finding a ready-to-move property like Amara Ananta was ideal. I purchased a 4 BHK villa around 7.5 Crore. The build quality seems solid, and the spacious nature of the properties is impressive. Having a multipurpose hall is useful for hosting events. The location in Palavakkam is developing well. My only minor concern is the traffic on SH 49 during peak hou, but that’s common in Chennai. The 24/7 water supply is a basic but crucial amenity. The 3 open sides for the properties ensure good ventilation.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful and comfortable home. Amara Ananta offered a 4 BHK villa that fit the bill. The built-up area is substantial, about 5664 sq.ft, providing ample space. The price was around 7.93 Crore, which is quite high, but the quality and amenities like the swimming pool and paved compound are good. Having a multipurpose hall is a bonus. The property is vastu compliant, which is important for me. My only concern is the distance to Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, nearby, which might be an issue in emergencies. Still, the 3 open sides and balconies are great features.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Amara Ananta. I bought a 4 BHK villa, which is quite large at 5664 sq.ft. The price point of 7.93 Crore is significant, but it’s a ready-to-move-in luxury property. I was impressed by the lush greenery and the concept of balconies for each room. The Vastu compliance was important to me. Amara Homes seems to be a reliable developer. I appreciate the video door security feature. It feels like a substantial investment for my future. The spaciousness of the villa is definitely a highlight.

We were renting for yeaand finally decided to upgrade to our own villa. Amara Ananta in Palavakkam caught our eye. The 4 BHK villas are huge, ouis 5258 sq.ft built up, offering much more space than our rental. The price was around 7.36 Crore, which was manageable with our savings and a loan. We liked the idea of having balconies in every room. The fire fighting system and water softener plant are good additions. The paved compound looks neat. The only slight issue is that the road leading to the project isn't as wide as we'd like, close to narrow lane.

I am based oveeas and wanted to buy a comfortable home for my parents in Chennai. Amara Ananta in Palavakkam seemed like a good option. I selected a 4 BHK villa, around 5258 square feet built up, priced at 7.36 Crore. The availability of 24/7 water supply and power backup is crucial for older residents. The lush greenery and swimming pool offer a pleasant environment. The location near SH 49 is accessible. My parents liked the spacious properties and the idea of balconies attached to each room. The developer, Amara Homes, has a decent track record.
