The carpet area is quite good, around 850 square feet, which gives us plenty of room to move around. It is located in Satpur, Shivaji Nagar which is a reasonably quiet part of Nashik. Amar Infrastructures seems to have delivered on time. We found the pricing to be fair for the space provided, within the 35 to 38 Lakh range. The bungalow construction feels solid. We haven't had any major issues so far. It’s a peaceful locality and suits our retirement needs perfectly. The accessibility to Vishwatmak Jangali Maharaj Road is convenient for local travel.
