I finally bought a place in Amar Madhuvan Palace. It is ready to move which was a big plus for me. I got a 3 BHK apartment measuring 949 sq.ft. The price was around 67.49 Lakh. The location in Harni is quite convenient, close to Harni Road and Harni–Sama Road. It made my commute easier. The building has good amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 water supply. The security features like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and Video Door Security are also reassuring. The only minor issue is that the parking can feel a bit cramped sometimes, especially during peak houwhen many residents return home. Overall, it feels like a safe and convenient place to live.

The area is well connected via Harni–Sama Road. One small drawback is the traffic noise from Harni Road at times, but it's a trade-off for such a central location. The Car Parking facility is adequate.

And the price was approximately 67.49 Lakh. The location in Harni is peaceful and well-connected to Harni Road. I appreciate the amenities like the Gymnasium and the Flower Garden, which are perfect for my retired lifestyle. The Fire Fighting System and Security Cabin provide a sense of security. My only minor reservation is the road leading to the project; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, making access slightly less convenient than I would prefer. Still, it is a good community.

We decided to buy a home for my parents at Amar Madhuvan Palace. They are settled in Vadodara and the Harni location is familiar to them. It is a ready to move project, so they could shift in soon after purchase. We chose a 3 BHK apartment which is around 1300 sq.ft. The price was about 80 Lakh. The apartment comes with an RO Water System, which is essential. Also, the presence of a Lift(s) and 24x7 Water Supply is very important for my parents, especially as they are getting older. The nearby Bright School is also a plus point even though they don't have young children anymore. The only slight concern was the lack of readily available bank loan information, but we managed.
