The proximity to Pai Hospital at nearby is very convenient for emergency needs. Having dedicated car parking is also a requirement for me. The location is accessible, and the Vasco KTC Bus Stand is nearby. The rooms are of a decent size, not too large, not too small. My only minor concern is the water pressure, which seems to fluctuate a bit during peak usage times. Aman Constructions has been responsive to queries.
