Relocating for work, I needed a place close to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension, and Amaatra Homes is practically next door. I opted for a 2.5 BHK, with a carpet area of 900 to 1048 square feet. The project offea swimming pool and gymnasium, which are great for unwinding after long shifts. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage. The price range of 68.78 Lakh to 1.32 Crore seemed reasonable for the amenities and location. I did notice the parking can get a bit crowded during peak hou, but that's a minor issue. The two-side open flats with greenery are a definite plus.

The complex has good landscaping and amenities like a gymnasium. The developer, Amaatra Group, has provided a safe environment with fire fighting systems and a high-tech alarm system. The overall construction quality appeasolid, and it's been ready to move for some time now. The only downside is the dust from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas.
