The location in Naya Bazaar, Bhagatpur is decent, not too far from the main city. We liked the large number of amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and the kids' play area. It's a gated community with 24x7 security which gives us peace of mind. The price was around 1.75 Crore which was in our budget. The construction was completed in August 2022 and it's ready to move in. The only minor issue is the traffic getting out of Bhagatpur during peak houcan be a bit slow.
