We chose Altivo because it's located near Mount Litera Zee School, Ghogali. That was a huge plus for us. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 1400 square feet built up. We need the extra room for the kids. The developer, 11 Square Feet, mentions quality construction and 100% Vaastu-compliant flats, which we liked. The budget of 42.3 L to 53.7 L was manageable for our family. It’s still under construction, expected in December 2029. A minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction, but that's expected.
