    We just moved into our 4 BHK at Alpine Heights and it’s quite spacious. The location in Somajiguda is really convenient for us as it's close to The Hyderabad Public School and KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals, both less than half a kilometer away. Commuting is also not too bad; NH65 is just close to here. The metro is also super close, the Irrum Manzil station is right there. We were looking for something ready to move, and this fit the bill perfectly. The only slight issue is that parking can be a bit challenging in this area, especially during peak houOtherwise, we are happy with the space and the location.

    Relocating to Hyderabad for work at KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals made finding a good place a priority. Alpine Heights in Somajiguda offered a 4 BHK which is more than enough space for me. The hospital is literally next door, which is a huge plus. It’s also close to Raj Bhavan Road and NH65, making it easy to get around the city. Being ready to move was essential, and this project provided that. The proximity to Irrum Manzil Metro station is also a benefit for exploring the city further. I haven't faced any major issues so far, but the area can get a bit noisy during the day due to traffic, which is expected given the central location.

The closeness to The Hyderabad Public School and KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals, a mere nearby distance, is also very convenient. The only slight concern is the traffic congestion that can occur on Raj Bhavan Road during peak hou, but that’s common in such a central area. The metro access nearby is also a great benefit.

    Moving from our rental, we wanted a permanent home for our family. We chose a 4 BHK at Alpine Heights in Somajiguda. The location is excellent, very close to The Hyderabad Public School where our children study, and also near KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals. The Irrum Manzil Metro station being just a short walk away is fantastic for our daily commute. We love that it's ready to move in, saving us a lot of hassle. The only drawback we’ve found is that the rooms, while functional, are not excessively large. For the price point we were looking at, we expected slightly bigger bedrooms. But considering the overall convenience and the fact that it’s a 4 BHK in such a prime Hyderabad location, we are reasonably content.
