The price of 63.84 L was what I could afford after saving up. The developer, Alpine, seems to have completed the project, as it's ready to move. The amenities like the car parking and the kid's pool were important factofor me. My main worry is that the Gopal Nagar bus stop is almost nearby, which might make public transport a bit inconvenient sometimes. However, for the price and the available space, it feels like a good start.
