We purchased a 3 BHK villa in Alpha Gurgaon One 22 a few months ago. The construction quality appeasolid, and the 2195 square feet built-up area feels quite spacious for our needs. It's good that it is Vastu compliant. The developer, Alpha Corp, has a history of timely delivery, which gave us confidence. The nearby Rotary Public School is a convenience, though we mostly stay within the community. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for staying active. Parking is adequate for our one car. Overall, it's a peaceful place to settle down after yeaof work.
