We chose Aloka Residency primarily for our children. GD Birla School is right next door, practically walkable, which saves so much hassle with school runs. The BM Birla Heart Hospital is also very close, which provides peace of mind. The Tollygunge location is well-connected with access to SP Mukherjee Road and Prince Anwar Shah Road. Our flat is spacious enough for the family, and it’s ready to move into, which was perfect for our immediate needs. The only downside is the traffic noise from Rajdanga Main Road during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. The kids’ play area, if they had one, would have been a bonus.
